Travel Photography

Have just been going through some photos and reliving memories of recent trips to Spain and Croatia, with a side step into Bosnia.
It was fun to remember what happened and laugh at the potential disaster(s) along the way.... One such was a boat trip in Croatia to the islands of Brac and Hvar, these lovely islands are worth more than the day trip we experienced. On the return to the mainland was when our particular potential disaster struck with a Tropical Storm in the middle of the Adriatic - the waves were higher than the boat prow and the boat was like an open pirate ship, lots of fun (not really).

Where to start....?

OK so here goes, my first blog post, and I am not sure where to start or what to say... I have a question for those who will see this blog and that is whats attracted you and continues to attract you to photography? Whether you are a photographer with a serious habit and all the kit or whether you appreciate images and the artistic merit behind them, whats your attraction to the art of photography?
